For Admission in class Nursery (general category) for the Session 2019-20

Important Instructions:

Self attested / attested copies of the following documents are required to be submitted along with the duly filled and signed registration form:-
  • Passport size photo of the child with parents.
  • Photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate.
  • Photocopy of Address Proof of the Parent (Ration card in the name of parents/ Voter I-Card of any of the parents/ Electricity bill/ MTNL telephone bill/ Water bill/ Passport in the name of any of the parents or child/ Aadhaar Card issued in the name of any of the parents)
  • Proof of alumni (attached copy of school certificate)
  • Proof of sibling (attached copy of any proof of sibling)
  • Photocopy of Adhaar card of child along with both the parents.

Steps for Registration

  • Download the Registration Form.
  • Take Print out and fill it completely.
  • Submit the form at the School Reception during school hours.

2. Entry Level Class Nursery
3. Age of Student 3+ as on 31.03.2019
4. Dates of Availability of Registration Form 15.12.2018 to 07.01.2019 (9:00 Am to 12:30 Pm)
5. Last date of Submission of Duly filled Registration form 07.01.2019 (till 12:30 PM)
6. Display of List (as per point system) given to each of the children who applied for admission under open seats 21.01.2019 (Monday)
7. Date of Draw(if required) 29.01.2019 (2:00 PM)
8. Date of Publication of First list along with waiting list 04.02.2019 (Monday)
9. Date of Publication of Second list along with waiting list 15.02.2019 (Friday)

Note:- No undertaking regarding the above mentioned documents will be accepted at the time of submission of registration form. Any discrepancy observed in the registration form and/ or supporting documents submitted by the applicant shall lead to the invalidity and cancellation of the registration.
