Documents Required at the time of Admission
- Date of Birth Certificate (D.O.B) issued by Municipal Corporation of respective state.
- Passport size photo of parents and child.
- ID’s copy for sibling proof.
- Proof of Alumni
- Affidavit of first born child.
- Any one of the following as Valid Address Proof-
- a) Ration Card issued in the name of parent. (With child’s name)
- b) Domicile certificate of child or his/her parent.
- c) Voter-ID card (EPIC) of any of the parent.
- d) Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill / Water Bill / Passport in name of parent or child.
- e) Aadhaar card / UID issued in the name of any of the parent.
Note:- No undertaking regarding the above mentioned documents will be accepted at the time of
submission of registration form. Any discrepancy observed in the registration form and/ or
supporting documents submitted by the applicant shall lead to the invalidity and
cancellation of the registration.
